Coordinating the family feast and assisting with administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with decorations and greeting family as they arrive.
Running the raffle, sourcing game prizes, and preparing information sheets for the family.
Cooking up the family favorites and helping keep the games and activities running throughout the day.
Handling venue setup before the event, teardown after, and keeping the space clean throughout.
Assisting with decorations setup and serving food to keep the family well-fed all day.
Working alongside the crew to get the venue ready, break it down after, and keep things tidy.
Getting the food to the venue, helping in the kitchen, and assisting with hosting duties throughout the day.
